Delivery and Returns

Delivery of physical products
•    We aim to dispatch physical items within 2 working days.
•    Items are dispatched by our third-party mailing house, L&S Printing.
•    Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail.
•    Delivery times may vary, particularly for international orders.

Delivery costs, and any applicable customs duties or charges, are your responsibility.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the items have been delivered.

Delivery of digital products
Digital products are supplied for personal use only. This means they:
•    May only be used by the person who purchased them.
•    Must not be shared, copied, uploaded, resold or distributed.
•    May include digital rights management (DRM) protection.
By purchasing a digital product, you confirm that you will use it only in line with these terms.

Returns for physical products
You may return physical items within 14 days of receipt if they are:
•    Faulty; or
•    Unopened and unused.

Please return items with order number and proof of postage to:

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and checked.

Returns for digital products
Digital products are non-refundable, unless:
•    The file is faulty or corrupt; and
•    The issue cannot be resolved by providing a replacement copy.

Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for most purchases.
Please note:
•    Your right to cancel ends once a digital download has started.
•    Physical items must be returned unopened and unused.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.

Limitation of liability
We are responsible for supplying products as described.
However, we are not liable for:
•    Indirect or consequential losses;
•    Loss of income, profit or data; or
•    Technical issues outside our reasonable control.
